    Spot when a logged set beats your previous best — by weight, by reps, or by estimated 1RM. Celebratory toast in the moment, plus a 'PRs this month' list on your profile.

  • Plate calculator

    Given a target barbell weight, see exactly which plates to load on each side. Inline on weighted sets so the math happens for you, not in your head at the rack.

  • Workout history search & filter

    Filter past workouts by exercise, date range, muscle group, or template. Answers 'when did I last hit chest?' without scrolling forever.

    New users land on a Welcome card that walks them through their first workout, first friend, and first head-to-head. Push, Pull, and Legs templates come pre-seeded so the picker isn't empty, and milestone toasts celebrate the early wins.

  • Deload weeks

    Schedule a recovery week without breaking your streak. The app auto-fills your weekly goal with rest days, then nudges you about the next deload after five weeks of hard training.

  • Head-to-head matches

    Challenge a friend to a Best-of-3, 5, or 7 lifting match. Take it in turns to pick the exercise, score by how much you lift versus your own averages, and settle it set by set in the gym.

  • Offline workout logging

    Log sets in gym basements and signal dead zones.

  • Multiple gyms

    Add the gyms you actually train at and organize your templates by location. The template picker groups by gym so your home-gym leg day isn't buried under your travel routine.

Common questions

The things people usually want to know before signing up.

  • Is Repz free?
    Yes. The app is free during the beta and the features you see today will stay free. We may introduce a paid premium tier later — when we do, the price and what's included will be obvious before you pay.
  • When does the beta open?
    We're still polishing. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's ready — no spam in between.
  • Which phones does it run on?
    iOS first — iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Android is on the roadmap once iOS is dialled in.
  • What if my friends aren't on Repz yet?
    You can still log your workouts, build streaks, and use templates solo. The friend features (check-ins, head-to-head, shared templates) light up the moment someone you know joins.
  • Where does my data live?
    On servers in the EU (Supabase, Ireland). We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Full details on the Privacy Policy page.
  • Can I delete my account?
    Yes — from Profile → Delete accountin the app. Everything you've created is permanently deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
  • How do I get help or report something?
    Email support@repzworkouts.co.uk. A real human reads it.
